About Carole
Daughter of Taiwanese immigrants to Canada, Carole Chan was born and raised in Vancouver, British Columbia. She studied and worked internationally in the fields of law, diplomacy, arts & culture, education, and publishing.
As a lawyer, she strives to provide solutions-oriented services, and actively contributes to her profession and her community. Mother of three young children, Carole has called Moncton, New Brunswick “home” since 2006.
She is passionate about enhancing participatory democracy, sustainable communities, and active living.
